Can you believe the doctor who was supposed to take care of Michael Jackson did that??? We use propofol all the time in our office surgery suite (where we do all our cosmetic surgery) but we also have all the monitors and an experienced anesthesia person monitoring the patient all the time. MJ's doctor is going to do some serious prison time because no one will defend him injecting anyone, let alone Michael Jackson, then leaving the room and not coming back for some 10 minutes or so while MJ stops breathing!! Wow!! Makes you wonder how many times he got away with it. Plus, this will make the authorities come down hard on propofol unnecessarily because of the stupid, careless actions of one individual. That's the way our system works...the vast majority of medical professionals with common sense don't need to have a law that tells them to MONITOR YOUR PATIENT...duh.

We've brought more into the Imaage family. Have developed relationships with some salons and high end dress shops to market our products and services. We, and our new partners, know this is a win/win situation and we're very excited about it. Our Imaage products are state-of-the-art and only available thru us and our partners.
Meanwhile we're working on the Leo magazine poll.
We are busier than ever, especially for this typically slow time of year. Some of this is due to our best promotions ever for breast augmentations, liposuction, tummy tucks, etc...any cosmetic surgery. It continues to be a buyers market and we are proud that Imaage continues to thrive in this economy.

I'm always suprised by how many patients are so glad to not learn we do not use general anesthesia here at our surgery suite. We do not intubate people, so you will not have a breathing tube inserted in your throat and not be on any breathing machines.
We using a form of MAC anesthesia, commonly referred to as 'twilight'...similar to having your wisdom teeth removed but safer and more monitored. We use this with all our cosmetic surgery here...all breast augmentations, liposuctions, mommy makeovers, tummy tucks, facelifts...whatever.
This type of anesthesia has less risk for nausea and vomiting and way less for any blood clots.
Imaage has done thousands of procedures over the years with MAC and the evidence is clear that this is a safer method than general anesthesia.
