I have almost completely given up on understanding our economy. I mean, come on, I've got more degrees than a thermometer, and everything I read and see and hear is how terrible the economy is...and we are super busy at work. And I love it.
Breast augmentation, liposuction, tummy tucks, etc numbers are all ahead of last year. Granted, the prices and promotions we are running are driving some of the business. We now get calls with the first question asked is 'how much'...I could have a giant third eye on my head and drooling like Igor but the patients are still signing up like crazy. Thank goodness. Where these patients are coming up with the money I don't know, but somehow they are...for the most part. Some, despite knowing from the first phone call how much the procedure costs, come in anyway knowing full well they can't swing it now. But that is human nature and I'm worse at understanding that than the economy. And I am NOT going back to school again to get a psychology degree.

Imaage has three videos on you tube and when I checked the other day, our breast augmentation video has close to 100,000 hits. Amazes me how many people around the world watch this. Our body lift video has around 20,000 hits and we have one more that some other company grabbed to try to advertise their product. All were filmed here in the office surgery suite and some show some liposuction, etc.
The web is our 3rd largest referred of patients, with repeat patients being #1 and patient referrals 2nd.
