We've had the latest cellulite treatment a few months now. It's called 'vela-smooth' and the exciting thing is it actually works. There are a lot of products and gimmicks out there that claim to be effective for cellulite but are totally ineffective. Vela-smooth is the real deal. Actual comment 'I like my butt again'.

Vela-smooth is a combination of suction massage and infra-red heating. To be effective you need to have about 2 treatments per week for 6-8 weeks. Usually you start to see improvement around the 10th-12th treatment. Maintenance is required around every two-four months. It takes about an hour to do one area, which would be back of the thighs, or buttocks. We will start using it also after liposuction to help smooth out any areas.

Pricing is $2250 for a series of 16 treatments and maintenance is $175/treatment. These are introductory prices and will rise over the next few months.

I've been pleasantly surprised by how effective this machine is.
